Ultrasound of the kidneys, bladder, prostate, testicles and examination of the remaining content after urination. Examination of the kidneys in order to find possible hydronephrosis (dilatation), calculi, tumors and other diseases in case of haematuria, renal colic, pain in the lumbar area and possibly fever
Examination of the bladder in order to find tumours, stones, enlargement and urinary retention after the urination, in cases of haematuria, difficult urination, irritating or painful urination or urinary incontinence.
Examination of the size of the prostate and of the possible presence of prostatic calculi in cases of difficult urination or chronic prostatitis. Examination of the testicles for the possible presence of tumours, hydrocele or inflammation in cases of enlargement, pain or of a palpable lump.
